Mobile Bar Hire FAQ
Q. What can be provided?
A. Draught lager & bitter
Wide range of bottle beers, bacardi breezers, Smirnoff ice and WKD etc
Range of Spirits & soft drinks
Variety of Red/White Wine
Complete with Skilled, Trained and Polite bar staff
Q. What types of venues can we provide a mobile bar in?
A. A very simple answer, ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. Our staff have provided licensed mobile bars at a range of venue’s. Ranging from garden parties, marquees to function halls.
Q. What if the venue does not have a bar area/serving hatch?
A. No problem, we have our very own purpose built bar, which is easy to assemble and is very solid. This bar is complete with pumps for the draught beers and all necessary bar sundries, giving it the feel & the look of a pub bar.
Q. What hours will the mobile bar be open from/to?
A. The license to operate would be applied for the hours you specify on the booking form.
Q. How much notice to we need for the application of the license?
A. A minimum of one month would be to our advantage.
Q. What prices would the drinks be?
A. The prices would be in line with the average pub. We do not believe in charging silly prices for our drinks
Q. Can the hirer put money behind the bar?
A. Yes. This can be done for the whole event, or, up to a specific time. Alternatively you guest can buy their own drinks.
Q. What to do now?
A. If you are interested and would like a price on our services, please provide us with the following information:
- Date of event.
- Type of event (wedding/birthday etc).
- Name & address of where the event would be.
- Number of people expected to attend.
- Your name, address, telephone number & email.
Q. What will the bar look like?
