What do I do once the forms are completed?
Once you have read the terms and conditions and completed the booking form and drinks tick list, you then need to contact a member of the customer services team at Mobile Bar Hire.

PLEASE NOTE: No bookings are confirmed until payment and all details have been taken by the Mobile Bar Hire team, the prices are subject to approval and written consent being given by the Mobile Bar Hire team. Please do not presume that your booking is confirmed because you've sent us a form - its only completed once you have confirmation from the Mobile Bar Hire team.
