Free Mobile Bar hire

This is a great way of entertainment your guests at the event of your choice. Free bar hire may seem like a very expensive way of looking after your guests but it doesn’t have to be very expensive at all. Here at Mobile Bar Hire, we offer a service for free bar hire where you, the client, have overall control on the amount of free drinks which we serve your guests.

How does Free Bar hire work ?

Rather than offer you a price per head, we would ask you to put a set amount behind the bar initially. This amount is entirely up to you but we can guide you if needed, generally we’d offer the drinks to your guests and simply ring the drinks into our fully computerised till systems. Once we get close to budget (money you’ve put behind the bar), we’d come over to you and let you know that we are almost out of money, at this point you can either put more money behind the bar or we can switch to a pay bar, the pay bar means that your guests would then be paying for drinks from that point on. If you did decide to go with the option of people having to pay we’d need to know this at the time of booking, this is because we would need to apply for the license well in advance. We feel that if we gave you a price per head you would be paying for drinks which may not necessarily be used.

By operating a free bar this way, you have overall control of the amount of money you spend on the night and the drinks list from the Mobile Bar does not necessarily need to be limited.
