If you have never hired a bar before you may not know where to start. Well at Mobile Bar Hire we have a range of packages, bars and drinks to suit your event, whether you are catering to your office party or a 21st birthday party crowd.

When hiring your bar, you need to provide us with as much information as possible so we can seek out the best package and deal for you and your event. We know all there is to know about serving drinks and setting up bars, but we don’t know much about your guests and we’ll only know what you can tell us.

So to make sure your mobile bar caters to the needs of all of your guests, take a minute to think about who you are inviting and what drinks you are likely to need. For example, will there be a lot of families coming to your party? If so you will not only need a soft drink component in your drinks package to cater for the kids, but also for the parents who are driving their family home at the end of the night.

 

And who are your clients and what are they likely to appreciate being able to choose from at the bar? Do you have environmental interests and would your guests be happy to see organic vodka on the drinks menu, or are you catering to a younger group of clients who could like the choice of a Rosé as well as a Shiraz?

Also make sure you know exactly how many people you can expect to converge on your mobile bar during the course of your party, and let us know whether you have given us an exact number because we may round up our supplies to cater for friends of friends who invited their cousins and now you have 50 extra people at your party!

The number of people at your party is also important to help us work out the size of the bar so that there is enough space along the bar so that your guests can get quickly to the front, place their order and get their drink.
