Freshers Week University Bar Hire

Starting university is often quite a worrying task for young adults, leaving school or college, moving out from home, living in either rented accommodation or on campus plus the worry of being able to achieve the correct result at the end of university can all amount to quite a task.

Most university’s throughout the UK have something known as ‘Freshers Week’, although this may seem a little ‘inappropriate’, basically it’s a week or set number of days where new students joining the university can come and enrol and familiarise themselves with the campus etc. In addition to the enrolment process or inducton day, some student unions also plan and organise events for the new intake of students at the university, this is often looked at by student unions as ‘a way of getting the new students to feel relaxed and more welcomed etc’.

 Here at Mobile Bar Hire, we have, over the years provided our bar counters, bar equipment and bar staff for events up and down the UK during September for ‘Freshers Week’ at various universities. Our bar counters have been used by the student union/university as fully functional cash bars and free bars, but our equipment has also been used as reception desks or sign in points for new students.
