Bluewater Wedding Fair Bar Hire Bluewater is one of the busiest shopping centres in Europe and is visited by over 500,000 people each week. It opened its new conference centre Glow at the end of November. This is an exciting venue set in the busiest part of Bluewater surrounded by some amazing restaurants and shops. During the coming months it will be hosing many exciting events such as Spirit of Christ Christmas at New York Wedding Week and many more event to follow. The next major event at the Bluewater Exhibition Centre Glow is ‘Wedding Week’ in February 2012.

Mobile Bar Hire and Pomegranate Catering will be showcasing their products at the Glow during Wedding wee. You will find us at Stand G26. Our experienced team will be at hand to answer all your questions for your big day. We would suggest that you have your ideas and questions ready so that we can offer you the best advice and package for your big day. We are pleased to be part of the ‘Wedding Week, Taste Experience’ at Bluewater. As part of this experience, brides and grooms shall have the opportunity to try out some great food and drink which they may then consider for their wedding. What is a Mobile Bar Hire? Mobile bar is exactly what it says it’s a bar that can be taken to any venue and be set up in one and half hours and be ready to serve drinks. Once you get in touch we will work with you to suite your event and your budget.

Is there only one style of mobile bar?

We have a range of bar to choose from. The bars can be from simple plain black to having one personalised to suite your theme.

What sort of packages do you offer?

Once we have gone through everything with you and established your budget we can go through with you about a free bar and a pay bar. Free bar is where you want to pay for all the drinks beforehand. We have 2 options for this. You can either pay per head for 4 hours or more of free drinking or put a tab behind the bar. Pay bar is where we apply for a license and the customers buy their own drinks. These packages include staffing an extensive choice of drinks bar counters front and back refrigeration and draught beer.

What if I want something totally different, can you help?

We have many brides that want their big day to be something that everyone remembers. Well as offering you a personalized bar with your colour theme or your names on it we can also offer you Ice bar with engraving lighting and your choice or flowers or fruit frozen into the bar. Well as Ice bar’s we can offer you some stunning Ice sculptures and Vodka Luges. Our team can go through all the details with you.

Can I have cocktails and cocktail flairers?

We have some award winging cocktail flairers on our team. Well as making some amazing cocktails they will add that wow factor .

Can I just hire bar counter and staff?

We are one of the leaders in bar hire equipment. You can hire bar counters just staff glasses draught beer posure tables stools and much more.
